THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE YOU MODEL FOR PERFECTION HAIR STROKE BROW

Your Brow History  

If you have previously had permanent makeup or microblading done on your brows, you will not be eligible. Our ideal model will have natural brows that are completely free of any permanent makeup.

Your Availability

Model treatments may take up to 5 hours, as they are conducted by students who are in the process of completing their assessment. While our students are trained and skilled, we allocate additional time for them to work at a more measured pace under the expert supervision of our Master Artist-Trainers. This ensures that the treatment is performed safely, professionally, and responsibly. If you don't have enough free time in your day to fully commit to the treatment, this may not be the best option for you.

Your Health

Your health is a significant factor in determining your suitability for permanent makeup. For instance, if you are undergoing chemotherapy or have health conditions such as heart disease or a blood-borne virus, you would not be eligible for treatment while experiencing these conditions. Additionally, certain medications can impact your treatment, including Isotretinoin (commonly known as Accutane), Warfarin, and Aspirin. These are just a few examples; our forms provide a comprehensive list of contraindications if you have any uncertainties.

CANDIDATES NOT APPLICABLE FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP:

• Heart Conditions/Pacemaker/Defibrillator (No exceptions)

• Diabetes.

• Pregnant or Breastfeeding.

• Glaucoma 

• Taking blood-thinning medication.

• Skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema.

• Allergies to makeup or color pigment.

• Hyperpigmentation.

• HIV

• Hepatitis.

• Active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed

• Hemophiliac.

• Healing disorders

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Mitral valve disorder.

• On any skin medication such as ro-accutaine, steroids which thin and oversensitive the skin.

Your Expectations

The shape of the eyebrows is always designed and outlined before the procedure begins. Once you approve the shape and color, we proceed with the actual procedure. It's important to note that brow treatments can heal differently for each individual, influenced by various factors such as skin type, the pigments used, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

After 4 weeks of the procedure, if you need any adjustments or want to fill in gaps where the pigment may have lightened or not retained in the skin, you can schedule a touch-up appointment within 4 to 8 weeks. 

The organizer will coordinate with an artist for your touch-up, which may not be the same artist from your initial session. There will be a small fee of $150 for the touch-up.

Post-Care

To achieve the best results for your new brows, it's essential to keep them clean and adhere to the aftercare procedures. Avoid using makeup during the healing process and protect your brows from direct sunlight. It's also crucial to refrain from going to the gym or swimming immediately after your treatment, as these activities can significantly affect the healing process. Additionally, avoid waxing and tinting treatments both before and until your brows have fully healed. The forms provided during your service will give you detailed guidance on the best practices to follow for optimal results.
